The square does not replace the government or the street. It lets one Cuban point to a fact and another go and see it. Nothing more.

03 · Board
Four pieces of data. An instrument, not a mural.
Fact, province, municipality, date. If one is missing, it is not posted. It is not a census: nothing is asked of whoever brings it.
Nothing comes in here as a fact. It comes in flagged, and stays there until someone goes to look. Two people who go and see it make it a fact. Two who go and do not find it refute it. And whatever no one goes to check within 21 days drops off the board on its own: silence is not filled in.
No facts. When there is light or rice, here. Not before.

No voting. No signing a list. You point, you ask, you go and see.

I went and saw it. Or it was not there.
Flag a fact
Whatever you flag, anyone who visits will see. Nothing about who you are is kept: not your connection address, nothing of yours. That is exactly why what you write is the only thing that remains. Write the municipality, never the street, and do not name anyone.
Without all four, it does not go in. A rumor does not go in.
05 · Wall
This screen is not the square.
The real ground is the street, the courtyard, the paper on the wall. Here we only rehearse. If this page goes dark and there is no poster with a fact, a place and a date, the queue wins.

Out come the seal, the name and the chosen fact. It goes up on a wall. No one votes from a phone. The poster comes from each verified fact, on the board: a rumor does not go up on a wall.
